Gah takes 4 weeks to receive the student card. But at least now I know about the site.

The Student Edge site says the discounts from the card are only valid in WA.
yeah gah i just signed up for a card then read the faqs only to be told it's only valid in WA..
the pdf doesnt say anything about signing up for a card or showing the card to get the discount. so i dont think you need to sign up for a card to get the discount. just print out that file and show it to them for the discount

edit- i found it. but i think u could get away. footlocker is very easy i dont think they would ask you to show any card. still worth trying

Yes it's free but it's only valid for use in WA (says in FAQ on the site). I'm in NSW. OP didn't specify and I only found that out after signing up for one..

I'm confused. The terms at the bottom say it can be used at all Australian and New Zealand stores. Does that mean we can just show the voucher alone & use it anywhere?
Just because it's not applicable to you specifically, doesn't mean it's not a bargain for those in WA.
Therefore it deserves a + not -.
i think you can use it for anywhere in Australia and NZ as it says Friends and Family meaning you can give it to your friends and family to use as well.
I used one of these vouchers before and I DID NOT show them any cards whatsoever :) so just give it a shot.. it doesnt kill if the guys tells you that you cant use it.. but on the other hand 30% off an average pair of shoe in footlockers is roughly 50 dollars..

which has the same 30% for 18-21 june,and another version of the PDF without the EDGE logo

I received the email, you don't need to be a student. It's def. 30% off all stores. I've been there before when they've had these sales. You just mention it, they don't even bother to check if you have the print out (in saying that, probably print it just incase!)
