Limited numbers of Beyonwiz DP-P2 and DP-H1 units. Seems they are going cheap because the cartons are damaged, but the goods seem to have full 12 month warranty, rather than the 3 months that the refurbs usually have.

This was a deal posted in an email to WizTV VIPs, but I can't see anything in there that would stop others from grabbing one at that price.

  writing 'PVR Ready Set Top Box' in the title makes much more sense than writing DP-H1.

  The DP-P2 is a pretty good unit actually. We used it for the occasional recording of FTA TV (not usually much any good now that foxtel has all the footy) Excelled in playing Media from USB. Was good as it had AV input - but could not record Foxtel in high def, thus became less useful when the Foxtel HD recorder thingy came out

  If you need TV tuner and recorder, I recommend this. If you don;t, get a WDTV to play your media.

  I always looked at getting the Beys but they were always a lot dearer than the Toppys. Eventually after a couple of SD Toppys I went TiVo!
