Robust earphones with inline volume

I need some robust earphones that are not too expensive.

I walk the dog while listening to podcasts - talk not music - and I seem to go through earphones at an unnecessarily high rate, perhaps because the constant movement puts strain on the cable etc.

So I'm looking for something that is

• robust,
• has inline volume, pause control (for Apple devices)
• cheap enough that I don't worry about them too much,
• decent sound quality for talk,
• preferably tangle-resistant

I typed "earphones" into the forum, read some posts, but the one that seemed to fit my needs best is now out of stock.
