They say 15.4" on the packaging. But yep, cannot zip up with a 15.6" inside.

They have had these at this price for ages. Not a bad item, though a WARNING that they will NOT fit a 15.4" or 16" laptop, hence it says 'up to 15"'.
Not much padding either but if you have a 13" or 14" and just want a reasonable zip-up sleeve then this is great.
We are using a few around the house to store magazine cutouts, kids art, etc.
