    The E model is pretty crap compare to the S model with no optical out and 1 less USB port.Also the power and eject isn't touch but some people probably don't like the touch buttons on the s.

    It's actually a great deal if your old 360 RROD or you are just entering the xbox 360 market.

    I can still see S models selling for $250 ish with kinect in some big W or target stores.
