Recently ported my number from LC $10.99 ($500 taltime/1GB) plan to VAYA $18 ($650/1.5GB)as they were forcing me to move to their rubbish Rapid $23 plan. Got the last LC bill for Februaury billing me over $600 of excess for data usage (15.8GB) which is obviously incorrect. I have raised a support ticket with them and wating for a response (unfortunately they don't have a phone number to call). Has any one experienced the similar billing issue with them?
PS: I applied for number porting on 25th February but they only connected me to Vaya on 3-March, so LC bill is for full month 01 Feb to 28 Feb.

Give Vaya (LC parent company) a call, they seem to be able to sort out LC matters the last time I rang.
