    Probably but I don't reckon my body knows the difference. I used to use Centrum and Cenovis brands but these days I just use whatever is cheapest - currently have the Aldi variant, though that Natures Way deal is even better value than Aldi's brand so I'll get that next. I have noticed the ingredients were stronger/better in the Cenovis compared to the Aldi brand but I'd rather have the extra money in my wallet these days.

Not to say the Centrum deal isn't good, that one is just better is all.
