Most people reporting 100-140 ping during the beta said they had no trouble.
But you have to expect more people will be playing the full version possibly slowing it down more. That said, we won't know how it will go until the day 1 players play the game.
During the beta i wasn't experiencing any significant lag.I do suspect the game will launch with a lot of problems though.
EA ruined Dices' rep. I will never forgive them for that.
Servers are hosted by Microsoft - those new Azure servers.

The servers for the Xbox 360, Xbox One and PC platforms are hosted on Azure, which is Microsoft's.

Titanfall is not hosted on EA servers.
It's not an Aus version, it's Australian "compatible" so most likely a uk version. Not that it makes a difference

Kinda crazy they have a price history back to June for this game. Seriously, it's not going to sell out. Pre-ordering that early is a tad silly :/
This game will make or break the Xbox One.
Right now they are trailing the PS4. I would expect to see a massive boost with X1 outselling PS4 every month from here on. If that doesn't happen, I think they've lost this generation. If they can't outsell PS4 in march, PS4 will continue to outsell it until a price drop and Kinect is removed.
The servers are hosted by EA, this game will NOT work at launch. Save yourself the irritation and wait a couple of weeks to see if EA can provide a stable online experience (BF4 on Ps4 is still crap all these months later!).
Also there are no Oz servers, you are looking at 140+ pings to asian servers.
