Yeah, petrol is always most expensive in the Eastern Suburbs. Right now its +10c compared to the rest of Sydney.

Councils and Eastern suburbs NIMBIES block petrol stations approvals, which keeps prices artificially high.
I would suggest perhaps filling up in neighboring areas on your way back from work?

I have read it, and I still think cheap petrol should be on the deal page.

Does anyone know Why doesn't Diesel ever change?
The bulk of diesel is sold on contract to large users (eg. mining and transport companies) so the relatively small amount sold to fill up mummy's Toorak tractor has no(t much) effect on the price.
