  Also says on website free shipping for orders over $50 so makes them really cheap. Just grabbed my dog some eagle pack for $56 instead of the usual $112. Dog will eat anything so cant see this being a problem if it is a month over

    How did you get it give you free shipping?? I'm trying to buy a bag of dog food & had to chuck in a fish product to make it over $50, but it's trying to charge me $20 for shipping!!!
    At that price, I might as well get the food from City Farmers or Stefmar & have the freedom of full best before dates without being charged a fortune for shipping!!!

  This deal is really crap when you can't use the "Free Shipping on orders over $50" that you have listed on your site!! I mean, seriously, $20 for orders 10-30kg??
  And the supposed "Terms & Conditions" of your "Free Shipping" offer are extremely badly worded, & could be fair game for someone to take issue with them & take it up with Fair Trading….
  As quoted from your site:
  "FREE SHIPPING will automatically be calculated on your cart upon reaching a value of $50 or more in eligible products, after all other discounts are applied. May not be valid with any other discount or offer. Terms and conditions of this offer are subject to change at PETstock's discretion.

  So in other words, PETstock will pick & choose when they wish the "Free Shipping" offer to apply…..

      Sorry, but where are they "clearly stated on the terms and conditions"???
      Because I copied & pasted the T&C's of your free shipping offer in my comment above, & all it says is that "Additional exclusions may apply and will be noted on the product detail page". It doesn't mention anything of the sort on the pages of anything on your site that is on special, either these "Best Before" products, or anything else that is on special, as I tried other products as well.
      As for the "May not be valid with any other discount or offer", that doesn't clearly state that it can or cannot be used on discounted items. You need to make things evidently clear, otherwise you will have to answer to the Fair Trading Board.
      And while you may have put in your original post about the shipping costs varying depending on location, not all the food products are over $50, so that's fair as far as I'm concerned.
      When it's going to cost me $20 in shipping to get something from your site, I'd rather go elsewhere & get the product with about a year on the best before, only pay $5.50 in shipping, & still have the total be about your "discounted" price.

        So your thing says it excludes food, yet other OzBargainers have stated that they have gotten free shipping on food, and just now I filled up a cart full of fish food & said shipping was free….
        Perhaps your terms should say, Free shipping for carts over $50 but under certain weights??
        And now I've gone & added more to the cart along with the fish food, just to test my theories, & amazingly enough, it's allowing me to put in 15.5kg of smaller bags of cat food, plus some sachets of wet cat food, for a grand total of $231.86, but still free shipping!!!
        But if I empty the cart & just select 1 bag of dry cat food, 10kg, priced at $99.99, it says $20 for shipping!!! (FYI, I can get that same bag for $69.30 with $5.50 shipping, so I wouldn't be buying it from you….)
        Also, if I remove everything except the premium dry cat food, it turns around & says that will be $20 shipping…add back in one 99c sachet of Dine Soup crap, & suddenly it's free shipping??
        Yeah I think I'll see what Fair Trading has to say….
