  I have to say that OzBargain has shamelessly borrowed some of the ideas from them.

  Fatwallet and Brad's Deals on that list are probably close to what Ozbargain is.

  Fatwallet.com is like a combined ozbargain (threads discussing bargains) and moneybackco (cash back). There is no annual fee with the cashback, unlike mbc.

  Slickdeals.net is similar to ozbargain (bargains discussion only)

  Ebates.com is similar to mbc (cashbacks referrals only)

    I am sure if MoneyBackCo rebates only 50-75% of the commission and can push through the same volume as FatWallet.com, there would be no annual fee either :)
