Personally I didn't like the quality but that's just me… I am more used to buying Basmati rice from Indian Groceries. Their quality is much better.
It's not just you. If anyone is after good basmati rice, get India Gate or Lal Qila. Yes, they're much more expensive but unfortunately you get what you pay for.

India Gate -Classic is the best flavored long grain rice , it cost at $14 or 15 per 5kg (top of my head) from local indian grocer in sydney (hills) , they almost double the size of standard basmati rice , plus no other can beat the flavour ;-)
I've tried this one and its not bad.. not in the league of india gate but def worth that price.
This rice is from Pakistan, not India. And do not buy them, as they are not real basmati rice!!
India gate, or Golden gate have real basmati rice, and they are very nice!!

actually its not too bad.
I usually soak it in warm water for ~ 1/2 hr and then cook it with a little bit of oil and salt.
And i get compliments at work about my rice every time someone tastes it
