Hi, my dad's phone ends incoming calls at around 10 seconds, which is very quick. It lasted a lot longer before and we don't now why it changed now. I've tried googling it but I couldn't getting any answers. It's a Samsung S4 and the provider is Vodafone. Hope somebody here can help. Thanks.

The latter. It only rings for 10 seconds.
Disable voicemail…or use the Voicemail settings to change the delay.

I usually prefer to disable voicemail outright, as very few people actually leave voicemail nowadays.
Thanks Scrimshaw, it fixed the problem.
Do you mean it cuts off the conversation after 10 seconds, or the phone only rings for 10 seconds before going to voicemail?
