Thanks very much, glad you're enjoying the coffee ;-) I'll bear it in mind for a future deal. Most of these coffees, especially the South Americans are of speciality grade and grown at a high altitude which makes it difficult for any micro organisms to grow on them. Also some of the farms although pretty much organic aren't necessarily able to get certified as such.
Still have a few certified organic coffees available though

Still waiting for you guys to start offering ground coffee. Not everyone is looking for a grind…surely you can't afford to ignore this market? (yeah, I know the purist line about grind and use at point, yata yata yata….)
Sorry but it's too time consuming to grind and troublesome logistically as it needs to sit for a few days to mature before grinding. At this price point we are unable to offer this service but happy to do so from standard price website sales. You can pick up a cheap grinder nowdays for $20-$50
Mmmmm… it's not the cost, it's the messin' about! Shame….:-(
I know it sounds "purist" but there really is a huge taste difference if you grind and use immediately. Maybe ask around friends and family, see if anyone has a grinder to give away? I had a spare one lying around for a few months till I gave it to a friend.
Yeah, it's a hassle, but good coffee is worth it ;) (And if not, just re-gift the grinder and go back to boughten grounds!)
The "messin' about" is not too bad.
I have a Breville Smart Grinder at home and a Sunbeam EM480 at work.
The Smart Grinder is easier to use, but the EM480 produces the same quality.
You will pick one up for less than $100 (I sold one that I received in a trade for $60, and it was unused!) on Gumtree, and they last forever.
All you do is to put the coffee machine's group handle under the grinder's spout, and fresh smelling coffee grounds fall into it :-)
I'm no purist, by any means, but the difference in taste and smell is fantastic.
It also lets you choose from lots more beans, as most roasters don't grind.
Kicking myself for missing the last 4 x 500g deal, so jumped on this one!

I have to say though, i am absolutely speechless - I placed my order at 10am this morning, and I had a delivery driver at my doorstep at 12:45pm with my order! I know I live in Brisbane, but getting an order within 3 hours of placing it I thought was impossible!
Maybe you are feeding the delivery drivers a couple of coffee's as they pick up the packages… what ever it is, Keep up the fantastic work!!Well done!

my delivery was less than 24 hrs to the door which I thought was impressive but 3 hrs is crazy!
I hope "using up" your courier bags doesn't mean changing couriers! Apart from the light speed delivery I would miss the Japanese guy we always seem to get who nearly takes out our letterbox every time with his opposite lock parking style.
