isn't that more commonly referred to as cardboard? :)

    • +1

You can make cakes without eggs butter or milk. You just have to make do with using vegetable oil as it makes up for the lack of moisture.

      • +1 for the crazy/wacky cake. A must have recipe when having kids parties as you can bet at least one of the attendees will be intolerant to eggs, butter or milk.

  • my friend made me a very nice gluten diary free cake. It falls apart easy, but it is way tasty.
    yum

  • You can make your own but you need to use the right recipe or it won't be a very nice cake.

I would suggest you buy it, even if you plan to make your own I would at least compare it to this one.

There is a gluten/dairy free cake available at Woolworths/Coles in the health food section, its very obvious by the packaging.

  • try them ( can get it from Thomas Dux Store as well if any nearby)

pretty good range and cakes too (yummy.. gluten free)

I personally liked them, tried many times.

If you opt to buy from Thomas Dux, then try making use of 10% off deal or atleast save 5% additionally paying by ING card
