As a daily commuter I would like to use a dash cam for my trips to and from work, as I have come across numerous situations where I came close to an accident because of irresponsible drivers.
Obviously I can't use a car dash cam as I need to attach it to my bike / helmet, so it should have a battery.
Any suggestions / experience?
Maybe I go for the Aldi one. Based on the reviews, http://www.ebay.com/itm/All-Metal-HD-720P-Action-Helmet-Came… didn't seem too bad. However, it s always more convenienct to have a local dealer. ANybody remember how much it was at Aldi? CUrrently it is not on offer.
I own a Contour camera which I attach to the helmet. Got it from Harvey Norman… they're the best, better than GoPro. Did cost me 250$ though.
Look for Action Cam and helmet mount. Heaps of options.. Anywhere from $50-$350.
Quality varies with how much you're willing to spend.
