Lindt Creation 70 Choc Blocks 150gm $2.00 Save over 1/2 Price $2.49 Town Hall Sydney Woolworths

182

Hey guys i think i came across a fairly decent deal on some lindt chocolate block 150gm (lindt creations 70) i was at town hall sydney wollies (could be store specific) it was on special for $2.00 instead of the $3.49 advertised in this weeks catalogue so even more saving :).

There are heaps located on the train station floor near the checkouts the 1st(ground) floor has some but not as many.

I saw 3 different flavours caramel, intense orange and pure chocolate there could be more.

I know some of you might be sick of all the chocolate deals but hey some of us may of missed out on them and for lindt its quite good, ends this Sunday.

EDIT: looks like its still on special dont know when it ends possibly the end of this week. you will be hard pressed to find caramel all thats pretty much left is orange and pure chocolate.

EDIT2: caramel is back in stock and this special is still going i have no idea when it will end.

I'm voting negative, simple because I am tired of these deals that are not nation wide or state wide and are just located in one store, the poster doesn't know either way. I'm also tired of low value deals, the saving is $2.49 ffs :P. It's also a bit more of an everyday deal. Supermarkets discount things like this all the time. We could go around the entire supermarket and post all the specials… there would be a lot of them.

I believe that it's really only a tempting buy for people who are actually in the shop at the time, I doubt many people will be rushing to Woolworths to get this or even remember this deal is available.

I like chocolate though :P I must be bored writing this long comment over a $2 chocolate deal LOL :P

We should also make positive voters write comments too before they can post a positive… that would be fairer?

A deal is a deal no matter how big or small.

You are definitely a troll. http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=trolling

If you don't agree with my point you can simply say you don't agree and give a valid reason instead of being insulting and using illogical reasoning. You too have posted no deals so I would assume this makes your comments invalid too.

      I agree completely.

I don't want to travel 1200km to save $2.49 off some chocolate I don't even want.

"I’m voting negative, simple because I am tired of these deals that are not nation wide or state wide and are just located in one store"

This part I strongly agree with — however there are more annoying deals (AA and AAA rechargeable batteries)

I do agree with zero that these everyday deals come up often. Cheap ass people like ozbargainers probably don't buy that expensive chocolate anyway :P

And it is very annoying when the deal is not nationwide. It means your deal would only appeal to the minority.

  • point taken. though bear in mind there are much more annoying deals even than my rechargeable batteries one. e.g. 20% off some random retailer online. you know what i'm talking about

i think local deals should be posted if worthwhile for a significant number of ppl.

maybe ozbargain could intro a location specific system, where nationwide deals will show up for all viewers, where as specific deals only show up for nsw or qld??
