Ryse: Son of Rome is now only $39.99 in the U.S. Xbox One Store.
It is very easy to set your Xbox One consoles region to the United States, and to configure a service such as Unblock-us. I have purchased games using both my Australian PayPal account and debit MasterCard, from the U.S. Store.
PLEASE NOTE: The price is still showing as $59.99 for some people, Major Nelson is looking into this.
Not sure if you have to use Unblock-us, I have it configured on my console though, haven't tried using the store without it. You may be able to get away with just using a U.S. billing address.
You don't need unblock-us, just set region settings and a random american billing address.
I think Rayman Legends in on sale too.
They reduced the price from $59.99 to $39.99, following a large amount of backlash. The physical copy of the game is $40 in the United States.

If you login with a US account, you can also go to killer instinct and it's free :)
Killer Instinct is "free" in ALL regions. However, you only get 1 playable character which is rotated through the roster periodically. It's effectively a glorified demo that can play with "full" versions.
To get full value, you still need to buy the characters individually (US$5ea) or all characters for US$20. Dunno Aussie pricing and not at my console.
