Video Ezy - Cheap prices scam, horrible shipping, hope they close down for good.

I pre-ordered a game from VideoEzy and waited for it to be dispatched at least a week after the official release date. However after four weeks my product status was changed to "back order". I contacted VideoEzy (2nd week) customer service and they claimed that they would receive stock in about a week. And within a week I received no further notice. I contacted them again (3rd week) and they said that there were expecting a shipment and once again to my disappointment they failed to dispatch my item. Eventually i grew impatient and contacted them for a third time (4th week),in which they offered me a refund. Overall my experience with VideoEzy has been really bad, the support team wasn't very useful and took a while to reply. Shouldn't VideoEzy do what they can to keep whatever is left of their customers satisfied?

Is anyone else experiencing a similar issue with them?

Buyers if you're buying games from VideoEzy please be aware that shipping times will take a long time.

    Yeah I gave up on them ages ago
    Looks like they are just a third party site that handles the
    orders for videoezy, it has nothing to do with there video stores

    They actually ship from Hong Kong from my recollection
    I preordered a game with them and when I saw it come out at the local JBHIFI
    I emailed them asking for an ETA and got the same crap that it was backordered..
    give them a miss mate

    Yeah nothing new, these guys have extremely long shipping times. Don't bother unless you really don't care when it arrives.

    VideoEzy, Blockbuster, and EzyDVD online are all the same company, shipping from the same HK warehouse.

    They have some good prices and are fairly decent with shipping times (in my experience anyway), but ONLY if you order something that is listed as being in stock. Do not order anything that isn't listed as 'in stock', and if you pre-order… well, to paraphrase South Park; all you get when you pre-order is a dick in your mouth.

    i orderd super mario 3d world on wii u from blockbuster
    was put on back order item was in stock when i ordered
    delivered on 12/2/14 ordered on the 1/2/14 delivered from hk
    saved $40 compared to eb but is a import version and cant register here

    pre ordered donkey kong wii u $39.96
    eb price $79.95
    released on 22nd will say when received

    would have preorderd more but if they go bankrupt or go into administration you get nothing
