I've seen it on sale in the past for under $10, there was a bundle deal on Oz Bargain for $15 which I guess I should have taken which included the previous expansions and base game that I already own and wouldn't use anyway though, any sales on at the moment just for Brave New World?

There is, but it includes Civ V, a few other games, and some DLC as well. I was also hoping for a cheaper deal on BNW only but it doesn't seem like there's going to be one soon.
If you're able to use the US Steam Store, when it's on sale, BNW is at $7.49 USD. Also, other stores should sell it at that price as well when they have their own sales.
Isn't it in a bundle on humblebundle or one of those similar sites right now?
