I ordered recently of Sierra Trading Post and it came to approximately $18 a set. Although you will have to use a coupon and get a few (I got 8) to make it worth it. The ones that STP sell are the Woodlore Combination (which are rebranded and sold by almost everyone else), they list them as being factory 2nds - but I have not found any issues will the 8 that I got.
The trick with STP is to make an account and cart and they'll started sending you limited time coupons for discounts - I waited until they sent me a 45% one and used that.
