Hi people, I know this has been repeated many times but there have been many phone plans from being available to unavliable just in this year already , what is the cheapest phone plan currently ?? My phone contract will end this month and looking towards a cheaper alternative. Currently on Vodafone and don't need a new phone.

I use amaysim and can't really complain. It uses Optus network. The 4gb of data I get every month plus the unlimited calls are a real bargain for the price. The past 3 months, amaysim also gave me an extra 1gb of data each month. Pretty good, since I use the net a lot. And no contracts, which is also good. I moved from Aldi and the change was done in a few hours and no issues at all.
Vaya18 might be worth a look
I guess Vaya use Optus…Do we know other telstra retailer except Aldi? I m with Amaysim and get terrible network at my work place..
TeleChoice also resells Telstra Wholesale. Check their Kogan offer:

There's 12 months contract to get that price.
This looks good..but i don't want to be in contract..I was with amaysim $20 a month plan…
Month to month just means you get to pay more. $20/month will only get you Global Rebel Texter Sim Plans ($200 call/text, 200MB data).
I am happy with Amaysim - they always had prompt service when I contacted them and the price for their offer is pretty good! It also depends on the area where you live! Make sure to ask friends how their mobile connection is. I had a friend with a Vodafone contract in Western Sydney - he didn't have reception at home - that was a joke.
Thanks I'll check amaysim, thank you for all the suggestions
Vaya18 works a treat for me.
Any one know if the vaya18 will be canceled any time soon?
Optus is dreadful in my area are there any good deals for telstra re-sellers with out a contract?
Aldi..pay as you go..
vaya18 look good deal if you can activate it before 28th.
I am with tpg $15/month but I can see it anymore. or its really good plan
Amaysim if you can deal with their crap service and cell receptions
