I just made a $80+ purchased today at Coles as requested on my email, activated last night and scanned my card successful… But No $20 voucher on the receipt ! Anyone had the same issue??
Do we get the voucher immediately? or on the receipt few days later next purchase?

did you scan your FB card?
did you use any of your FB cash?
did you use the previous week's voucher?
do the last 2 questions matter? either way the voucher should be printed, right?

assuming he used $20 voucher - 80-20=60, OP should have gotten the $10 voucher.

Does your $80+ purchased contain any types of gift cards or tobacco related products? If yes, then that will be the reason why u didn't get the voucher.
As others have pointed out above, the target spend, in this case $80, has to be reached after all discounts. The previous weeks voucher would be considered to be a discount. The $10 off your shop activated via the special mastercard would be considered a discount.
I have heard of other cases where the voucher didn't print correctly. Perhaps the store was offline with the flybuys systems and couln't verify the current offers on the card at the time of the transaction.
It's definitely worth checking with Flybuys. I hope you get your $20 somehow.
I had the same problem last night when my $20 voucher didn't come through on the receipt. The checkout attendant told me to call Flybuys to sort it out.
A phone call to Flybuys will sort it out. I did not receive a $20 voucher during the Australia Day promo.

Geez. Mine was spend $150 to get a $20 voucher.
Get an extra card, and spend few times of $30-$40. you will get a better deal.
One of my card is $180 to get $20 and the other just $80 for $20.
I did that recently. Have only just started using it - didn't get an email unfortunately.
