Initially thought this guaranteed access to x360 and x1 beta but seems not so.

Cant buy ps4 even at full price the claim as it is marked as qv.

Also the pic definitely has a x360 case behind the x1 case but the online key form doesnt give you x360 option
It's not false advertising. OP misinterpreted the ad. It doesn't say anything about pre-orders leading to beta access. All it says is that the beta is online now.
Well itsays "beta vailable now for download" then "for preorder customers $69.99"
Its false advertising if the x360 is not available for download and false if its onlyavailable for lottery.
Its also misleading as it implies u only get access if you preorder. Altho the 2 sentences are seperate ia normal person would assume the beta is only if u preorder.
The ad actually says "BETA available now for download", which is not true.
But the game is $69.98 if you pre-order.

Pre ordering Titanfall CE from EB guaranteed me Beta access :P I just found out just now when I got the mail from EB giving me beta key for one of the 600 that preordered the CE.
Please note this game has no local servers. I would wait and see how the beta plays out before pre-ordering this.
Doesn't it? I thought this was using ms dedicated servers and that they have Australian ones
maybe for xbox 360, but yea i thought Xbone has its own dedicated servers.. or do both xb360 and xbone share the same deal?
Is this pre-order then pickup on release date, or the dodgy pre-order and wait for us to send it, but you wont get it for 3-5 days… but then its more like 7+ days (looking at you BigW)
This is false advertising. Beta only open via registering on EA website. NO pre order guarantees Beta access.
