Our fridge died, and being a family of five we needed a new one quick. Off to Harvey Norman Carindale and $3,400 later new fridge was ordered and delivered next morning (have to say at this point for service, advice and delivery HN Carindale was excellent). Anyhow went to register on the LG website and noticed they had a cash back of up tho $250 on their fridges, including the one I bought. We did get a healthy discount on the fridge and I wonder if the discount would have been less if the cash back was still in place as I know retailers get periodic rebates from suppliers etc etc ? Not sure if I'm really out of pocket the full cash back or if thats wishful thinking ?
Missed out on a cash-back offer by three days. Don't you hate that.

Thanks, I've given it a try. Obviously when the website asked to enter the purchase date it will be different to what is on the receipt but I'm hoping that the dudes checking aren't too thorough.
Yeah, I did one last month. It was all wormer tabs from the vet and we were a couple of days off. Plus we bought them on the weekend so didn't get to post it until Monday. The eft post card turned up in less than a fortnight which surprised me.
This one's $250 cash back so as long as I don't have the fraud squad turning up, fingers crossed.
Just got an email that my claim was rejected. They picked up the date on the receipt was outside the offer period. bummer…
