Kambrook KFP410 550W Food Processor $10 Woolworths ($50 Usually)

600

Was strolling through Woolworths and found out they sell food processors - thought I'd save myself the trip to Hardly Normal tomorrow, figured I'd buy at ticketed $50. Scanned at $10!

Lady at the counter was surprised, and the manager said nothing she could do about it as it was downloaded automatically. So I guess it should be Australia wide!

Kambrook website says RRP of $79.95!

    • +3

My bad. I got far too excited amongst the action.

  • Kambrook or Kenwood?? lol.

  • Lol I'm just checking with my local store now if they have stock over the phone! Fingers crossed! Great find OP!

Off to Woolworths , wouldn't mind a spare food processor

    • +10

What does your house looks ok like, there must be spares of everything?

      • +4

It's the Ozbargain way to have "spares" of everything - you never know when something might go bust or you need to give someone a "nice" gift.

The spares are just a small part of the generic Ozbargain stockpile cupboard/bedroom.

What does your house looks ok like, there must be spares of everything?

I have lots of storage and a spare room
Pretty much stock up when i find a bargain
Still got 3 George Foreman grills from when target had them for $3

        • Mate, seriously you can't be using 3 the if you live to be 100, mist people don't even use one! Surely you should sell them or give them away as gifts?

        • wedding gifts probably

  • Did they have any left at your store OP?

    • +1

I think that this is the same as this post https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/117160

I finally found one of these after searching about eight Woolworths in eastern suburbs Melbourne. So they may be very hard to find.

    • Yeah exact same model as that last post, kfp410

    • Thanks for the heads up. Am SE Melbourne. Darn, but I'm going to try anyway.

  • cleaned out my woolies last time this was on special, great presents!

You pay $7 a kilo for red capsicum? Shop at a deccent grocer and after a few weeks these woolies bargains will look like a con

    • that's fairly cheap. They been mostly around $10 a kg here, and there aint no farmers market around ere

      • +1

Bought them for 1.99 at Georges in deagon, brisbane

    • I'm more interested in those loose cops for $9.98/kilo.

  • Thanks for posting the amazing deal op, regardless of whether I'm able to find one or not. Though was seriously just thinking to myself yesterday how much lifetime I'd save if I didn't do so much veggie chopping.

How powerful is the unit? Any good? Whilst being a tightass Ozbargainer, I am running out of space due to these wretched gadgets!!!

  • none at bankstown woolies :(

  • None at my Woolies :(

  • op, i bought a whole celery in coles the day before for $1.2!
    yours is $2.48

  • None at my woolies, really needed a new food processor for baking, gah

  • Has anyone in NSW/Sydney been able to get one at this price? Really need a food processor.

    • Tried like 5 places, nope, I think the common areas of sydney won't have it, I bet it's at some woolies that's like in the suburbs

    • none at the two in neutral bay

      • Damn and that's like one of the biggest woolies in NSW.

    • Dropped in to the small Woolies on my way to work this morning and there's none (not surprised).

    Its a one off.
    No bargain here.
    Move along.

None at OP's store at 8am, maybe staff pulled them from the shelves?

    • They were hiding a little bit - where the kitchen stuff is, there is a shorter length shelf and it was on the end facing the kitchen stuff in the bottom area. I might go back tonight and have another look around.

      • I had a look at 10:20, none there. I even looked in the short shelf. :)

  • just sent the wife to get it at the oxenford store on the gold coast, no $10 food processor still selling them for $49 doh….

    • Try scan them! They're $49 on the shelf but are $10 when you scan them!

      • she did it was still showing the shelf price

        • bugger.

          They must have spies here.

I tried Chermside Woolies and the Coorparoo one, no luck. I just dropped in to Springwood on my way to work and they had 2 left for $10 each. I grabbed one for me and one for my mum, thanks OP!! :D

    • so the $10 price should be Australia wide?

      • Not sure

was plenty in chatswood until one of ch_n_se guy bought 6 and put them in shopping trolley, then he comes back and bought more.

    • +1

must be a an ozbargainer, who else would buy so many if it's ticketed at $50!

    • +1

There is no Woolworths in Chatswood

  • It's interesting that processed food is bad….. but food processors are good.

    • +1

What's so interesting about it? Factory processed industrial food is different to what a home food processor (basically a blender) does…

      • +2

I wasn't inferring that you use a food processor to make processed food.
        Merely stating an interesting misnomer.

        Like how blackboards are green.

  • Went to Bonnyrigg, Cabramatta, Wetherill Park and Carnes Hill today and no luck
