Shipping to Indonesia (AusPost Ripoff?)

Hi All,

I am planning to do some selling online targeting specifically customers in Indonesia. However, I found out that shipping a parcel (0-5kg) using the cheapest Airmail option from AusPost is costing a fortune ranging from $12-$50-ish or more. Do you know any other alternative? I think AusPost is such a ripoff.

    you can try using UPS. its cheaper i think

    Um, those specifically targeted Indonesian customers wouldn't by any chance be named Schapelle and Mercedes??

    I once wanted to post some tim tams and jar of Vegemite to Germany as a gift. That's until our found out it would cost over 50 bucks to do so. So I kept them and bought the same online in UK and got them delivered for 20 bucks all up.

    Due to the cost, I never post overseas.
