I've never price-matched or price-beat at Officeworks before and was wondering if I could get some tips or advice.

How would I ask them to price match in-store?

centrecom have physical stores, so OW should not add shipping to the cost while price beating.

Both Officeworks and JBHiFi are known to get 'creative' with product coding in their systems so that items present as being maybe a slightly different model to the one you are seeking to pricematch - which then sees them refuse.
Successful pricematching more often than not depends on the particular shop assistant or manager you encounter at store level, but you have to do your research, and - if necessary - make them aware that YOU are aware, of the attempted mischief in play.

Just ask at the desk. Their offer is to beat by 5%. They also add delivery cost when matching an online store.
