Where to buy Mini Display Port to DVI cable?

Hi guys,

I am looking for a Mini Display Port to DVI cable to plug my Macbook into my monitor. I am looking for a cable with two different ends rather than an adapter.

    I've got one of them. The cable is about 10cm long. Bought it off eBay for a few bucks and it's worked flawlessly for a couple years now.
