Using a VPN to book flights SYD to Western Europe. Is there geo location pricing?

hi everyone,

is there geographic pricing when booking air tickets? i.e if i use a VPN to book will it be cheaper? if so which source countries I should try?

I'm not necessarily after any specific info, but even just general info to narrow down my research areas would be good!

As far as I know, you should be able to use regional sites to get the same pricing. Example: expedia.com.br or expedia.co.jp

I agree with xsacha above, visiting the regional variations of well known sites is how people usually get discounted tickets. Another one was www.expedia.ie as per https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/70589
