If your on OzBargain, its because you don't this much money….. i would say this one would be more for the message boards.

      first of all… "you're"

secondly… having more money doesn't mean you pay higher prices for things, in fact I would argue you have more money because you're on OZB saving money

in fact I would argue you have more money because you're on OZB saving money

Disagree. I think more people have spent money buying bargains they didn't need to buy in the first place.

    I am negging… limited quantity.

    • +1

      The water rate is cheap

    • I think the bigger issue is that it doesn't include a view of the Harbour Bridge.

    • quantity seems sufficient. still not sold out

Tried to price match with Ray White. No go - different returns policy!

Geoff Dixon's run of outs continues… this is the guy who oversaw QAN's stock-price demise. (Disclosure: I rated the stock a SELL at above $5 a share in 2001 - one of the most unpopular calls of my career).

  • How does this bargain compare with free BandAids?

For 6.5million I would have expected the listing to not have creepy hdr shots…

  • Limited stock on this deal

    • But there's plenty of stock to satisfy available demand!

Let's get Tony THE LOVE GOD Rabbit to increase the paid parental leave scheme to
$6.5m for each of his wealthy Captain's Choice mums so they can each have a pad like this.

Meanwhile the rest of the great unwashed non-Captains Choice peasants can all pay five percent more on every service or thing they buy - ad infinitum - to pay for the Rabbit's social engineering madness.

    • But it comes with a free case of beer to drink after club closing times in the cbd.

You could of asked "Rev Kev Dudd" for a bigger pay from the stimulus package and saved it for a buy like this.
Or "Julia back shanking GuLIAR" for the collective money given to asylum seekers, get em to go halvies on this "crib".

This is ozbargain not the upper house/ house of reps.

Speaking for myself this is waaaay out of my Budget.
      Thanks anyways OP. :)

NB: not my intention to insult "anyone" just making the point that "anyone" can sling mud.

      • Don't sweat it Bargain Haggler, Hello007 actually works for Getup, so he is going to protest on anything he can get his grubby little hands on. I heard he was protesting the other day about land rights for gay whales.

  • Best deal ever!

    • … was the $1.40 McFlurry

      • The McFlurry only saves you a few bucks, but this one saves you over $1M, best deal, can't be beaten

        • +1

Put a dollar sign before the numbers…I couldn't work out what was shorter in length.

  • To be honest even though the price is listed at $6.5 m+ I'd be interested in seeing how much it actually goes for.

I'll have one for each day of the week.

Send the bill to Tony Abbott.

  • Looking at the building facade, it looks like a POS with a crummy side door entrance to the building…

No idea why administration fee is $8,892pq. For a block of units, it doesn't have any amenities on offer (pool? gym? theatre? concierge?). Massive rort IMO

    • The property value will go down further when they take down the opera house for parts.
