Under 21 Gold Coast car hire

Hi, has anyone used Jacks rent a car on the Gold Coast?(http://www.jacksrentacar.com.au/). I am looking at hiring a car for a few days whilst I am there. I am 19 and fully licensed, there are not many companies that hire to under 21 year olds. This company has quoted the best price and has full insurance.

I cant seem to find many reviews of this company online, If anyone has used this company, or can recommend another company, your feedback would be greatly appreciated.

We have seen all age car rental and gold coast family car hire but there are some negative reviews on these companies.

    Hi,

    I used allagecarhire. Everything was good except the refund of the bond money took awhile and i had to constantly case them up.

      I had to constantly call them, for almost 3 months until I got the ACCC involved, very bad man..

    My son used All Age Car Rentals and his deposit was returned within the time frame they had stated. Of course, there was no damage to the car and when my son returned the car, they checked it out and were extremely polite and helpful. In fact, having checked up before I let my son hire from them, I found out that All Age Car rentals are the only company in Australia who have proper insurance cover from an actual Insurance company for P Platers and drivers Under 21 which put my mind at ease as if i remember right, someone had placed a review about Jack's Car rental "NOT HAVING INSURANCE COVER FOR DRIVERS UNDER 21."

    Always check out facts as many claim what they are not. My son has used All Age Car Rentals some 5 times now and never had a problem with anything including Deposit refund, charges of service. In fact, most major companies on the Gold Coast recommend only All Age car rentals and send the young ones there.
