as per http://www.ctshirts.com.au/FAQ?faq=alex there are also other multi-buy offers such as 2-for-$160 luxury shirts but note that more can be found even cheaper via https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/115459#comment-1578366 :)

    • Good find! But I didn't see any cheaper than 39 (there was a post about 36, but that was a different brand, and I'm not sure if that's on sale).

      • sorry, i was more referring to paying $59 for a luxury shirt instead of 2-for-$160 :)

    • Confused by your post. What do we do to find shirts cheaper?

      Thanks

I wear CT business shirts and can say the quality is great and fit is excellent.

  • how do these compare to TM lewin?

  • Looked good, bought a couple of polo's thanks :)

  • Given our hot climate (especially compared to the UK), which of the CT shirts provide superior breath-ability? My experience with TM Lewin is that I sweat quite a bit in them, are there any particular weaves (Poplin, Twill, herringbone), cottons, patterns, or collars (cutaway, Traditional Jermyn St classic) which are more suited to the Australian climate?

First time buyer. Overall very happy with purchases and will be buying more. I am average size male, asian, 170 cm tall. Bought 4 business shirts for work varying in sizes: Medium size, 39 collar slim fit and 40-41 collar extra slim. 84cm arm length. purchased on 14th feb. arrived 24th feb. actually came from UK (indicated by postage on box). thought it was bulk shipped from UK to Oz store and then dispatched. returns is 14 day for sale items, so not sure how good process is if i need to use as it'll need to go back to UK but they do include return postage material in the box (you'll need to buy your own box to return though). one shirt was on back order available 10th March, so still need to wait. They dont debit the credit card until its dispatched though.

Pros: Luckily all sizes fit good. Im usally size 39 for slim fit, but for extra slim fit i'd recommend one size up being 40-41 (better to be abit big than tight). material is great for the cost (@ $39.50) so beats all the lower quality shirts in Oz that's around the same price. Brand new in original packaging. free shipping. good site layout and easy to navigate/use.

Cons: Not much variety for the $39.50 shirt range. basically white and blue/sky coloured i'd be comfortable wearing to work in office. Other shirts are too casual style so i'd wear socially. with the slim/extra slim fit, arms are abit baggy, style/size is more like euro fit (previously mentioned in another post). If on back order need to wait nearly 1 month.

Conclusions: the slim fit is similar to the Van Heuson Euro Fit size. Personally, i like the extra slim fit size and my 2nd order is 4 x extra slim fit.

    • Their help site states: As from the 22nd April 2013, we have introduced a Freepost Returns Label to our Australian Customers who have made a purchase in Australian Dollars ($AUD). Please use the returns label enclosed in your parcel to return items.(http://ctshirts-aus.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/522). I had no such returns label.

I'm in the process of finding out about this as I'm trying to return some shirts from a previous order (Dec-2013). Will advise once they respond to my email, unless someone knows about this.

PS- same size as you and find the extra slim shirts a better fit, though I stick with the 39inch neck.
