I was on the 4.99 LC Plan and I've jumped ship to the Amaysim pay as you go. There's no monthly minimum so that was a huge plus for me. It also has bolt on data plan and a wiki page here has a bunch of referral links which will net you an extra $10 credit.

Aldi mobile PAYG looks good because of the 365 day credit expiry. https://www.aldimobile.com.au/plans . The only problem is if you want a nano sim, it will take forever - you have to order it online (not available instore) and it takes forever to receive the sim (took well over 20 days for us). Hope this helps..
