Can anyone suggest a good buyer's agent for properties. I am based in sydney. I had bad experience with couple of them so hopefully someone has a genuine and knowledgeable names/contacts.

Hi I have been very busy with work family etc so not getting quality time to assess good investment opty. I am also ok to rebuild but as I said I have not choosen a particular suburb.

Problem is, you will need a fairly decent set of criterion put forward to the BA in order for them to do their job effectively. Budget, area, timeframe…fees aren't cheap either and seems to only work for the $800k+ properties.
Do you want them to search, evaluate, negotiate or just search and evaluate? Makes a bit of difference in their fee structure as well.
If it's purely IP that you're after, you might be better off subscribing to those $299/month newsletter. Loads of either CF+ or good CG properties in there. If this is gonna be an IP then don't restrict yourself to Sydney?

I didn't mean a suburb by 'area'. What region are you looking (Eg: Inner west or South).

Are you looking for a BA who operates in Sydney? Personally I wouldn't use a BA if I'm based in Sydney (and looking to buy in Sydney).
Anyway, are there any specific areas you are interested in?
