Need a Windows Tablet

Does anybody knows any cheap windows tablet around $200-$450, just need it for everyday tasking eg. Taking notes, browsing and occasionally streaming YouTube

    Don't get a Dell. I ordered one, they ended up giving me a six week delivery time after stuffing me around so I cancelled.

    Prob too late, but I was @ Centrecom & they have an Asus vivotab ME400 64Gb win8 tablet for $299
