The Citibank Plus Debit card when overseas

Hi,

I'm going to the Hawaii soon and have read that the Citibank Plus Debit card is a good option to use.

I've been reading the PDS but would like the following confirmed:

1) If I withdraw from an ATM I won't get charged any conversion fees or withdrawal fees. However, the ATM provider is able to charge the ATM fee.
2) If I use the credit/debit/savings option on EFTPOS (Retail transaction) I won't get charged the conversion fees or ANY OTHER fees either.

Also, can anyone from their experiences in Hawaii let me know if the ATM providers their charge withdrawal fees? (Question 3)
