ESO looks to be having an open beta server stress test this weekend
From Friday, February 7th at 12:00PM EST Until Monday, February 10th at 11:59PM EST
The email I got says:
Bring your friends, additional beta invites available through curse.com
Don't know what the limit to the keys they are giving away is, but a server stress test would suggest they want as many as possible.
Just got one. I'm not a premium member.
But I've been registered since '07.
Wait… open beta means anyone can join for free right?
The wording of the email suggests that it is, but if what twodogs said is correct; then apparently not.
Well i got a beta key in my email so i would think that its not an open beta just a stress test of the servers , also its not out for another 2 months.
Still has NDA on the game, 2 months out. Not good.
Also zenimax are making it…
I got the invite to the beta too, but the client is a whopping 22gb! All for one weekend's play…
I downloaded it it's 30Gb and from what i gather on the Teso forums it gives you access to future test's , so if you have enough of a dload cap " i do " grab it ….. i'd rather try before i buy.
Yeah, but my internet's too damn slow. It'll take me a week to finish downloading it >.>

I'm going to hang around for the reviews, even if its a free Beta it's not worth the time nor gigs, or if we're to believe Twodogs, da casholas.

This year is shaping up to be a very shakey year for gaming.

So how did everyone find the Beta? Pretty buggy but will anyone be buying a subscription to ESO?
Ill buy the game, then prob get sick of it within a month. That is my mmo cycle.
Wow is the only one I ever go back to from time to time.
Not much luck for me my Pc kept crashing at the character screen :-(
