    • While the site doesn't have a halal certification icon, I would guess that's why. But why does it matter? They don't sell duck, camel, kangaroo or crocodile, but that's OK?

        Because I like pork… It tastes better and it's healthier.

        And my local supermarkets all have beef, lamb, chicken and pork sections, but I've never seen a duck, camel, kangaroo or crocodile section.

          Also is pork "healthier" than chicken? I wouldn't think there is much difference between the two. Either way complaining they don't have pork is rather lame, most of these type of places don't from my experience. I wouldn't be against a pork version, i just wouldn't have a hissy fit about it. If they don't feel they have the market demand for it then that is up to them.

      Lol, I don't know whose logic is more flawed. JV's troll bait (Pork Kebabs? Really?) or Alizzan's facepalm attempt to group the niche crocodile and camel meat alongside pork (one of the big 4 types of meat) in order to make some kind of a bizzare point. It's Australia here mate - pork is not a minor market.

          We have plenty of camels and kangaroos here i guess. Stuff a kangaroo into a camel and make a "mixed" one.

          From what i hear camel is pretty tasty.

    Kebab assumes it is from the middle east - where the majority are Muslims and don't eat pork as part of their religion. But what JV linked to was Souvlaki - which is actually greek, and they eat pork. In the end, it is some meat and salad on flat bread.

    But somehow, I think JV knew this already :)

    What's the quality of the Ali baba kebabs? Last time I tried one it was very very salty.
