Presumably these are extracted from nature's own odourless fish…
What a load of carp
This deal smells fishy.
Edit: no wait, hold that thought
Only 450mg epa/dha (the only thing that matters when buying fish oil). :( Can get better fish oil much cheaper online.
I didn't knew about epa/dha. Googled and didn't get the correct answer. Can you please comment on what amount of epa/dha one should look at when buying fish oil.
EPA/DHA are the omega 3 fatty acids which provide the health benefits you take fish oil for. Better quality fish oil will contain a higher dose.
Basically this means that when buying fish oil with a lower dose you'll need to take more pills to achieve the same health effects.
Sorry though, I did manage to miss the fact that this contains 600 caps which is quite a lot. This means the need to use more fish oil per day isn't that bad, making the product likely cheaper than most others.
The amounts recommended differ for different areas fish oil is beneficial for. But I think it tops out at 1000mg (brain health, joints is lower). None of the caps are that strong. All brands Ive read require multiple caps as far as I can tell from reading the many, many labels available.
I was buying 2000's, and still had to take 3 caps for brain health.
What are the best sites for fish oil, if you don't mind my asking?
You do realise that all 1500mg caps (except those highly concentrated ones which aren't really worth it anyway) only have 450mg?
I use these good value and zero reflux and I have trouble with reflux with most of them.
A great source of gout pain.. guaranteed.
Don't forget about the $10 cashback for Nature's Own purchases over $40.
