This is such a great app. Also, don't miss out out on Left Leg Lift and Right Leg Lift (2 seperate apps, but you really do need them both), Pull Ups, and Running on the Spot.
While these may be good apps, Runtastic do tend to fragment them (why does each exercise need a separate app?). Then there is the Pro, then Gold, then Training Plan gouge.
I see what you did there… lol.
Remember, abs are made in the kitchen, not by doing sit ups. We all have a six pack, but it is hidden beneath the layer of fat. In fact, sit ups are one of the least effective exercises, you are better off doing ab wheel roll outs or leg lifts.
