KSP is one of my most played games in my 350+ strong Steam library. I've been playing it for a couple of years now and I just love it. The devs are fantastic and release regular updates that continually improve this already excellent game. Buy it!

Someone on Whirlpool had no success back in Mar 2013 :
anytime I try and purchase a game I keep getting a message saying that I am outside Nth America and the transaction can't continue…
… they want to physically phone you when you order and an Australia number isn't going to work.
From their Terms of Use they don't sell outside USA: "must be 18 years of age or older and reside in one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia"
Also, other websites are reporting the coupon expired (US finally entered February :) New coupon apparently "FEB20OFF", or "FEB20OFFUK" for Gamefly UK.
I think those terms are for their rental service, in the description for this it says:

Most people on here that have had that problem usually report that the order goes through eventually
expire!
