Hi all, long time lurker first time poster.
Friend sent this to me in my email. - Free sample of cereal posted to you when you like the Facebook page and submit your details. They say the sample will come in about 30 days.
For those who haven't had the cereal, it was a limited time thing at Coles about a year ago. Looks like they are now official launching.

when they sold them at Coles they only had one size box(normal size corn flakes box - maybe a little smaller). If they have a promo box or not I hope not!
mm, they did say that these have shorter expiry dates then normal, so could be back from that promotion :P exciting hahah

But.. Where does it say that we'll get a "box" of cereal? I can only see "free pre-launch sample" on the FB page.
Not that it's a bad thing. I'll only be expecting a flat sachet in the mail, though lol.
On the facebook page it sais "register below to get a free box of cereal" my guess is that this was that promo. I think it was their cover photo
the sample they send is only one serve, not a whole retail box…

If it was a single serve, that statement would be kind of pointless wouldn't it? You're not gonna have a 1/4 serve each morning… probably.
That's what I read too when I submitted my details. It made it sound like a more-than-one-serve box. We shall see, I suppose!
It's actually pretty good. Coles had them at half price for a while, but I can't find them on the shelf anymore.

Is it a killer cereal?
Once you register it warns you that the sample box will have a limited best before date. Maybe they are just getting rid of all old stock.
Hopefully they will launch the range soon. I did enjoy it when they were available at Coles awhile back.
What is with these companies that refuse to send stuff to a PO Box? Are they going to send it by courier?
PO Boxes might otherwise allow people to claim two samples — one to their residential address and one to their PO Box — circumventing the "one per household" restriction.
But most people like me aren't going to drop ~$200 per year for a PO box just to scam a few cents worth of of cereal & hair goop.

Got a box this morning, good cereal
got from aust post today. they weren't joking when they said
the packaging would be worse for wear. looked like some1 bashed the crap outta the box . But cereal goodness was still intact. no complaints at all =D
I had no idea I signed up for this, so was pleasantly surprised to receive the cereal…it taste great too!
I got it today, and I too forgot that I had signed up for it. I read the description "cereal box" and I was like wtf? But then I remembered when I opened it. Good size too! 500 grams for free!!
