i have 2 x huawei myfi devices from old plans

Amaysim (on Optus) have a 365 10GB standalone pack for $99. There was a recent deal for new signups for $79. If you contact them and mention your awareness of that deal, you might get lucky. Worth a try. Their signup deals cycle constantly as it is, although irregularly as regards their data packs.
A couple of other choices are the Optus $130 15GB 365 recharge, and given that you mentioned Vodafone - they appear to have gone to $125 15GB and $200 22GB 365 prepaid pack options. They also have an $75 8GB recharge, but it lasts for only 90 days.
One of your hotspot modems was originally on Virgin. If your experience was the same as mine (terribly throttled data speed on their dedicated APN), I doubt that you'd want to go back there.
In any case, I personally find it difficult to regard any of the above options to be compelling, but it depends on your needs.
If you want to, using data pack add-ons and manipulating flexi-credit options in various prepaid plans, you can get much more data relative to $ but in the context of a 30 day expiry period. Whether you need that depends on just how much data you want and how much you wish to spend overall.
