flying thursdays and sundays onlysorry guys my bad. your right its from 229. will update title when I find the cheapest melb flight
and nagoya is abit like avalon in melbourne
your gonna need to fork out considerable moolah to get into a major city
Nagoya is a major city, in fact the fourth most populated in Japan and a tourist destination in itself. Absolutely nothing like Avalon, but yes, will cost $$ to get to Tokyo.
The Nagoya Castle is worth checking out. The Toyota Museum in Nagoya is well worth a visit as is the handicrafts museum is also pretty popular.
It's not Tokyo, Kyoto or Osaka but it's not a bad place.
If the troubles with the car industry continue, there will be a Toyota museum in Oz.
Hannibal, I ain't getting on no plane!
Maybe you can post another deal that only you can make use of at the airport again.
how much for the return airfare?
Yeah $900 if you come back this week. Two plus weeks from now and it'll be in the $615 - $650 range for most days.
You could check and get back to us perhaps with your preferred dates.
Wednesday the second of April the return cost is $227 for example.
I doubt my assistance deserved the neg.

using airasia….do not know why you suggested using air china
It's a great deal. Thursday night, I booked PER-KUL-HND (Tokyo Haneda) ($247.00) AND KIX (Osaka Kansai)-KUL-PER ($203.84), total "return" fare of $450.84 per person… Return fares for two to Japan well inside $1K? Can't ask for more than that!
In case you were wondering, we've deliberately chosen to fly into Tokyo and out of Osaka to suit our itinerary on the ground - it's not about saving $$$. I also made sure to book the KIX-KUL-PER using foreign currency fee free credit card. Air Asia's website quoted AUD416.23, but I paid in JPY and even with the JPY1200 credit card fee, the transaction hit my card at $407.67.
Also, a warning: In the past, I've selected the AUD option when paying with a fee-charging AUD card and still been slugged for a foreign transaction, so I only ever book those one-way fares into Oz on a fee-free credit card such as 28 degrees now.
i can only see Melbourne to KL for $219
