I put in a cashback on a Tefal iron, does anyone know how long the cashback takes?
Im wondering how strict they are on the 14 day thing to submit a claim. I ordered from David Jones on the 5th of December, by the time it got to me I didn't have much time left to get the receipt to them.

From memory, it took maybe around 3 weeks for mine to arrive in the mail. Maybe even 2 weeks, but no longer than 3 weeks. That was from the day I sent it.
I remember I was getting worried it wasn't going to come, and was about to email them, but then it arrived in the mail that afternoon.
Well I submitted mine and received it a month later. Because I was away on holiday and didn't have time to activate the gift card within the 2 week time period that they gave me, I called them up and asked them to manually activate it and they did. Even though your circumstance is a little different, I'm sure a call to giftcardplanet explaining the circumstances (which were out of your control) would fix the situation.
I got mine back about a month ago. Although I still haven't gotten the $20 from Harvey Norman that we were supposed to get as well
