If you like The Church, or basically beautiful pop music you'll love Marty Wilson-Pipers solo albums. I'd also recommend buying the new Moat album or any Church album (especially Gold Afternoon Fix). I found this by accident and it allowed me to fill some holes in my collection.

Yeah, the Church and related solo albums are so many it has always been hard keeping up with Steve Kilbey. I always hoped the new technologies such as iTunes would make music discovery and rare items available. However, it's all about the money and therefore Beyonce and Bieber over fully clothed talented musicians with something to say. Don't get me wrong if you make an effort you'll find brilliant new bands like Fleet Foxes and The Tallest Man on Earth. And albums appear from the old guard Ron Peno, Crime and the City Solution over the last few years, I guess the Internet makes them available, check out Bandcamp.
