I am planning to switch my home loan from one of the big4 to either loans.com.au or ubank.
Reading the reviews online were not very helpful.
Did any one in this forum have dealt with or deal with loans or ubank. And if so what is their experience like.
Are there any better alternatives ?
Quick word of warning; I used the Loans.com.au Live Chat to ask questions - each time I put in 'dummy' phone numbers as wasn't wanting a call back later on, e.g. Phone number = 12345678
When I finally did submit my application using the same email address I did in livechat, I wondered why they never rang for 12 days or something after submission.
Turns out their systems only see the initial lead from Live Chat, not the details in your application. Very silly and annoyed the hell out of me not getting a call!
I was so stubborn I said cancel my application, which I am now regretting a little haha. Stupid me.
Thanks for that piece of information. Yeah we contacted the customer care over phone and they did call us back to give information.

my experience with them are good but too bad i joined long time ago and only got $500 giftcard instead of $2014 they are currently running.
