      I say it is 1GB ram and 4GB rom. Expansion cards are very cheap nowadays. Bought a W450 for $100 delivered and added a 8GB Sandisk Ultra to work with link2sd. Wife happy.

    Compared to my Nokia 2690 2G phone, I think 512MB would be about 10 times what mine has, if not more.
