Cheap Shipping forwarder from Canada

Im buying a coach bag for a friend thats CAD$150 from thebay.com but they only ship to Canada. The bag is about AUD$350 here.

Can anyone suggest a low cost shipping forwarder they reccomend?

parcel will be about 40x40x20cm and 1kg
